A SGD 15 challenge to curb out boredom in the land of Singapore turned out to be a fun picnic and kite-flying at Marina Barrage. We brought a lot of chips and snacks (and a home-cooked pesto pasta by me). It’s a relaxing way to spend one Sunday afternoon, lazing on the grass while savoring the warm afternoon view of the Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer on the other side of the bay.
